Fans Blowers and Motors Our fans, blowers and motors are custom intentional for a wide array applications in the commercial and military markets. We specialize in providing a specific mechanically skillful configuration, allowing customer selection of mounting, result, and connector. Fans are totally manufactured in the US Army Since 1953 to MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858A standards. Our buff and blowers are used in varied commercial, business, medical, aerospace and military applications

Centrifugal blowers These are intentional for overflowing reliability and maintenance free operation. Blowers are available in azygous, duplex, and upside-down designs and provide high volumes of air at moderate static pressure. Backward impellers provide Thomas More pressure at inferior cfm, Squirrel cage designs provide moderate pressure at more cfm, and Radial versions provide the higher pressing at lower cfm.

Radial centrifugal blower This radial blade centrifugal blower/ motor assembly uses a radial blade design to put up a high to volume ratio and is peculiarly suitable for applications where compactness and light weight are critical. These blowers are typically designed for extreme humidity, vibration, and shock for large life and altitude condition.

Tubeaxial fan These have economical airfoil blades, close tip clearance and clean flow of air pattern providing high pressure than the conventional propellor fan. Combined with our drive design capability we have achieved high performance and efficiency at Sir David Alexander Cecil Low noise levels. Tubaxials produce less force per unit area than vaneaxials.

Motors We provide motors for commercial business, and military applications, available in various voltages, frequencies, phases, and speeds either as stark units or as stator and rotor coil sets with output from sub incomplete to 10 HP. Motors can be provided with either face, base or special climbing.

Induction Motors We provide a complete range of induction motors designed with various speed and torque characteristics to meet specific practical application requirements, manufactured to close tolerances with all rotating components well-balanced to provide yearner bearing aliveness and minimum noise and palpitatio. Normal applications are fans, blowers, computer peripherals, pumps, aircraft equipment. and general drive applications.

Synchronous Motor Hysteresis, reluctance, and hybrid synchronous motors feature smooth, constant starting and accelerating torsion. Our manufacturing processes provide for accurate bearing alignment resulting in quieten, efficient operation and consistent speed. Typical applications are scanners, raster image processors for publishing equipment, computer videotape drives and printers, graph recorders, medical instrumentation, dealings tape recording and duplicating.

Torque Motors Our torque motors are designed to render maximum torque at secured rotor coil or near stalled conditions. Options include special high temperature windings, heat sinks and forced air cooling. Typical applications are servomechanical and positioning systems, tension reels, machine rifle door openers, and filament meandering equipment.

Brushless D.C. Motors Brushless D.C. motors are planned with a option of natural philosophy commutation and separate or integral drivers, depending along motive power requirements. With an integrated device driver, customer installation and connector is greatly simplified. Typical applications are robotics, business machines, fans, blowers, auto tools, medical and laboratory equipment, and instrumentation.

Stator and Rotor Sets Stator and rotor sets enable the OEM to mix the motor with its product, and are available in conventional and inside out designs capable of operating at speeds in excess of 50,000 RPM.
